Twój zakres obowiązków

• Recruiting people for entry-level jobs, such as warehouse workers, cashiers, shop assistants, and production worker
• Choosing the right recruitment methods and checking candidates' applications
• Conducting job interviews in Spanish
• Looking for new ways to find and attract candidates
• Building good relationships with candidates
• Preparing recruitment reports

Nasze wymagania

• Fluent Spanish.
• Communicative knowledge of Polish or English
• Experience in high-volume recruitment for entry-level positions
• The ability to find and attract candidates, including practical knowledge of job portals
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to make independent decisions
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and communication tools, such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp
• Good communication skills, an open attitude, and the ability to organise your work effectively
• A proactive attitude, creativity, and a strong willingness to work
