Your responsibilities

• YOUR MISSION
• › Administration and maintenance of our Linux servers (e.g., Ubuntu, Red Hat, Debian), including system updates, security patches, and user management
• › Automation of recurring tasks using Bash, Ansible, or Python
• › Monitoring and performance optimization of our systems with modern tools (e.g., CheckMK, Grafana)
• › Troubleshooting and issue analysis in close collaboration with the network and application teams
• › Documentation of technical processes and participation in the development of our IT standards
• › Involvement in projects, such as the introduction of new technologies or migrations to hybrid environments

Our requirements

• WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE MISSION
• › Completed degree in (business) informatics, telecommunications, or a comparable qualification
• › Several years of experience in designing and operating complex network infrastructures
• › In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, BGP, OSPF, SR-MPLS, and Spine-Leaf architectures
• › Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls, load balancing, SD-WAN, and network security
• › Expertise in automation and infrastructure management (e.g., Ansible, Pathfinder)
• › Analytical thinking, strategic foresight, and a structured work approach
• › Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner
• › Required language skills: English – C1, Polish - C2
