- We are looking for a Collection Specialist with German to join our client's team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting accounts receivable activities, monitoring outstanding payments, and maintaining professional relationships with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
Your responsibilities
- Monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on overdue payments.
- Contacting customers in German regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.
- Reconciling customer accounts and investigating payment discrepancies.
- Cooperating with internal teams to resolve billing and collection issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Supporting accounts receivable processes and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Our requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, accounting, or a similar finance-related role.
- German language skills at B2 level or higher.
- Good command of English.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
