Your responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust and reusable Java services for risk calculation and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with globally distributed teams (Asia, UK, Poland) across business and technology domains.
• Support the platform: resolve incidents, perform monitoring and problem management.
• Take part in the full product lifecycle: problem discovery, prototyping, design, and implementation.
• Actively contribute to Agile and DevOps culture, ensuring continuous improvement and streamlined delivery.

Our requirements

• 2+ years of experience in hybrid software development and business analysis roles.
• Strong Java programming skills with knowledge of software lifecycle best practices.
• Familiarity with Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) or OTC clearing business domains (a plus).
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for working in globally distributed teams.
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn new technologies and domains.
